| Duplicate your avatar image 4 times in photoshop then on the top one smudge the crap out of it lol and set that layer behind all the others. Then the next top one give it a motion blur with an angle of 0. And put that above the last layer. Next top layer give it a motion blur with an angle of 180. And set that above the other motion blur. Then take a 40px Soft Circle brush and do a couple slaps behind the avatar and set that layers blending mode to lighten or set it above the avatar and set the blending mode to color dodge either or.  | |
